HR and payroll software, with attendance and leave in one system we built.
Our cloud-based HRMS gives companies across the US, and in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider UAE, one place to run their workforce: GPS clock-in with site geofencing, leave balances by fiscal year, payroll runs, and the reports that tie them together, across a web employer portal and a mobile app.

An attendance management system that knows the difference.
Employees clock in and out by GPS, checked against a geofence for each office, branch, or site, drawn on a map as a geofencing time clock, so it works just as well for field and job-site teams. Each day is tagged with its status, so late arrivals, overtime, and missed check-outs show up without anyone tallying them by hand.
Statuses tracked on every day:
Missed a punch? Employees request a correction, and a manager approves or rejects it.

Today's team at a glance, and every request in one queue.
Managers see who's in, who's absent, and who's on a day off, with worked and overtime hours for the day. Attendance corrections and leave requests land in one approval queue, on the web or on the phone.

Leave management software that follows your policy.
Leave policies are set per fiscal year, and every employee sees what they have left, including encashable and carry-forward balances. Requests go to a manager, who approves or rejects them with a decision note, and every change is recorded in a leave ledger.

Payroll from policy to posting.
Allowances and deductions are defined once, as a flat amount or a percentage, with taxable settings and effective dates. Payroll supports time-based and freelancer pay types, and each run can be generated, edited, posted, regenerated, or archived.

In every employee's pocket.

Cloud workforce management: reports and company setup, built in.
Eleven reports cover employees, attendance, overtime, late arrivals, missing punches, payroll readiness, and leave ledgers, with PDF and Excel export. Admins manage the company structure in one place, and multi-company setups sign in by company code.

Site workers clock in and out from their phones, and map-based geofencing checks they are actually on the job site. Managers see who is on site today, with late arrivals and overtime tagged automatically.
Questions about our HR management system software.
What is a time and attendance system?
It records when employees start and finish work and turns that into usable data: hours worked, late arrivals, overtime, absences, and leave. Ours does this with GPS clock-in from a mobile app, checked against a geofence for each office, branch, or site.
Is the HRMS cloud-based?
Yes. Employers use the web portal at employer.aishco.com, and employees use the mobile app, so there is nothing to install on your own servers.
How does geofenced attendance work?
Each office, branch, or job site has a boundary drawn on a map. When an employee clocks in from the app, their GPS location is checked against that boundary, so attendance reflects where they actually were.
Can it handle our leave policies?
Yes. Leave policies are set per fiscal year, balances include encashable and carry-forward amounts, and requests go to a manager who approves or rejects them with a decision note.
Does it run payroll?
Yes. Allowances and deductions can be flat amounts or percentages with taxable settings, payroll supports time-based and freelancer pay types, and each run can be generated, edited, posted, regenerated, or archived.
Can we run more than one company from it?
Yes. The HRMS supports multi-company setups, with users signing in by company code, and each company keeps its own branches, departments, shifts, holidays, and fiscal years.
