Procore Integration ROI Calculator
How much is double data entry between Procore and your accounting system costing you? Enter a few numbers to estimate the hours and money a Procore integration could save each year, and how quickly it would pay for itself.
What one general contractor saw.
Double data entry between Procore and ComputerEase, removed.
The integration paid for itself by week 7.
Month-end close, with zero re-keying errors.
A mid-sized U.S. general contractor, live 7 weeks after kickoff.
This is one client's result, shown as a reference rather than a promise. Read the full case study, or see how a Procore and ComputerEase sync works.
How the calculator works.
- Weekly savings = hours per week × share removed × hourly cost
- Annual savings = weekly savings × working weeks
- Payback period = integration cost ÷ weekly savings
- 3-year net = annual savings × 3 − integration cost
The calculator only counts hours. It ignores fewer re-keying errors, a faster month-end close, and project managers seeing budget changes the same day, so the real return is usually higher. It also ignores ongoing support costs, so ask about those when you compare quotes. For the hidden costs of manual entry, read the true cost of double data entry in construction accounting.
Questions about Procore integration ROI.
How is the Procore integration ROI calculated?
Weekly savings are the hours of manual work removed multiplied by the loaded hourly cost of the people doing it. Annual savings are weekly savings multiplied by working weeks per year. The payback period is the integration cost divided by weekly savings.
What counts as a loaded hourly cost?
The full cost of an hour of an employee's time: salary plus payroll taxes, benefits, and overhead. It is usually higher than the base hourly wage. Ask your finance team for the figure they use.
Is this a quote for an integration?
No. The calculator shows what an integration could be worth to you. The cost of an integration depends on your systems, data, and workflows, so we scope each project before giving an estimate.
What savings does the calculator leave out?
It only counts hours of manual work removed. It does not count fewer re-keying errors, a faster month-end close, or better visibility for project managers, so the real return is often higher.
Which accounting systems can Procore be integrated with?
We have built Procore integrations with ComputerEase and QuickBooks Desktop, among others. Whether an existing connector covers your needs or a custom integration makes sense depends on your workflow.
